Honestly no complaints. The hotel is well-maintained and in an AMAZING location reasonably close to Termini station. Budget, tidy room with balcony. Accommodating and amazingly nice staff with a smile.

The staff is amiable, and the host too. The breakfast offers a huge variety of coffee and tea...
The room is rather small.

The unit was warm enough.
Had a really great stay during my holidays, glad I've chosen it. Thoroughly enjoyed a microwave oven, air conditioner, and a work desk in the room. The bathroom was modern, the bed was extremely comfy. Location: the hotel was so close to a nice cafe nearby, the central rail station, and two metro stops and train station. Esquilino district was worth staying in...

Our family had an amazing time exploring the historic sites of Rome during our stay at this centrally located apartment. The convenience of being just a short walk from Termini station and the metro allowed us to easily navigate the city with our little ones. We especially loved the typical Italian breakfast served at the nearby cafe, where we could indulge in delicious coffee and a variety of flaky croissants.
My wife says that it would have been even better if the apartment had a small play area or children's activities to keep our little ones entertained.

The value for money at the hotel was excellent, and the room itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transport and plenty of local cafes and restaurants. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel at home.
The hotel breakfast menu could have been improved with more variety and options.
